Pink ADAMAS® is an Italian caviar obtained from “Russian” sturgeons (Acipenser Gueldensteadtii) also known as Ossetra. The caviar is prepared using the traditional “Malossol” process. The roe’s diameter can stretch to as much as 3.0mm with a grey colour palette with golden edges.
To fight poachers and save native sturgeon from extinction, Pink ADAMAS® caviar is entirely sourced from sturgeons born and raised at the Pandino farm.
Suggested pairings
To best enjoy this excellent caviar, we recommend pairing Pink ADAMAS® with more complex champagnes such as a vintage rosé. If on the other hand you would like to experience Pink ADAMAS® with a stronger pairing we suggest trying it with a citrus and floreal craft gin.
